To help us understand the problem, please tell us:
- what you were trying to do and what happened;
- your phone model, iOS or Android version, and Oreol app version;
- when the problem occurred and whether it keeps happening;
- the error message, if one appeared. Attach a screenshot if needed.
Delete your medical profile and data
To request deletion of your Oreol account and its associated personal data, email info@digital-contour.ru. Use the subject “Delete my Oreol account” and include the phone number you used to register in the app.
We may ask you to confirm that the account belongs to you. The deletion process and cases in which some information may be retained longer are described in the privacy policy.

I cannot sign in to Oreol. What should I do?
Email us with the step where the problem occurred and the error message. Include the phone number you used to register and your app version.
My document will not upload. How do I report it?
Tell us the file format and size, how you tried to upload it, and the error message. If the problem occurs when taking a photo, describe the step where it happened.
Is Oreol free?
Oreol is free. You do not need a subscription or a bank card.
Can I get a diagnosis or have treatment prescribed?
No. Oreol stores your medical history, and Lum, the virtual assistant, explains information and helps you prepare questions for your doctor. Neither Oreol nor Lum diagnoses conditions or prescribes treatment.
Where can I find out how my data is processed?
The privacy policy identifies the data controller, processing purposes, categories of data, retention periods and your rights. You can send personal data questions to the same address: info@digital-contour.ru.
