How to gather a child's test results into one history
A child's test results pile up quickly: routine check-ups, illnesses, certificates for nursery and school. Keep them in one place in date order, and note the child's age, height and weight at the time of each test.
Children's reference ranges depend on age, so the same result reads differently at one and at seven. Comparing results and drawing conclusions is the paediatrician's job; yours is to make sure the whole history is at hand.
